Salon Policies

  • No Shows.

    All clients that no show will be charged 90% of missed appointment with card on file.

  • Cancellations/Reschedules.

    All clients receive a 48hr appointment reminder. All appointments require a 24hr notice. Clients that fail to notify within 24hrs of appointment will be charged 90% of scheduled service with card on file.

  • New Color Clients.

    All new color clients will be required to fill out the color application prior to booking service appointment. That will allow for the best service to be provided. A non-refundable, one time 50% deposit will be required to reserve future appointment.

  • Late Clients.

    Clients fifteen minutes or later will be charged an additional $25-$45 on top of service cost if the stylist is still available to take client due to following scheduled clients.

  • Kid Policy.

    I invite any client to bring their children during their appointment as long as the child is well behaved and can interact in a respectful and peaceful manner. However, Salon Evolve does not take responsibility for any physical/mental harm the child endures while at the Salon Evolve property. This includes but it not limited to the outside yard, swing set, and inside play area and salon. The parent/guardian takes complete responsibility for the safety of their child while attending their appointment.

  • *50% & 90% policy fees are determined by an hourly cost. Actual hair service costs may reflect differently due to product and time used.

    *Stylist may choose to not apply any policy and not rebook client for any professional reason

    *All policies have exceptions at the discretion of the stylist

    I recognize the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. This is a business not a hobby. Having these policies implemented allows for transparency between myself and my clients. These policies also protect my livelihood.
